“Bach in Luckenbach” June 15

June 1, 2017–Fredericksburg Community Orchestra to perform at Luckenbach June 15

Fredericksburg Community Orchestra will present “Bach at Luckenbach TX”–an evening of classical and fiddle music at historic Luckenbach, Texas, on Thurs, June 15, 5:30-9 p.m.

The music begins at 5:30 p.m. with Suzuki students, followed by the Suzuki ensemble. At 6:30, the Community Orchestra performs season highlights. At 7:30, members of Haywire Bluegrass Band will join orchestra players for fiddle tunes.

Suggested donation is $10, and event T-shirts will be on sale for $15. The “Feed Lot” at Luckenbach will be open for purchase of food on Thursday evening.

Proceeds benefit the nonprofit orchestra, which promotes string education and performances in Fredericksburg and the surrounding community.
